Andy is experienced in finance, closings, real estate conveyances, development, leasing, documentation drafting, title insurance, surveys, planning and zoning, and annexation. Before entering private practice, Andy was the Zionsville town attorney for 14 years.  Andy is a current BOMA Advisory Council Member.

Scarlett Andrews, Deputy Mayor of Economic Development, City of Indianapolis

Scarlett serves as the Director of DMD for the City of Indianapolis.  She leads the Hogsett Administration’s downtown resiliency strategy to strengthen the urban core, focusing on economic development, public spaces, housing, and connected infrastructure.

Ashlee Boyd, Managing Partner, Thompson Thrift Commercial

Ashlee manages and directs the company’s commercial and mixed-use division, including overseeing all development and leasing activities.  He specializes in site acquisition, leasing, development, dispositions, and management. Ashlee has served on the BOMA Board of Directors.

Gavin Thomas, Vice President of Development, Hendricks Commercial Properties

Gavin oversees the development functions and deployment of capital in select markets.  He works closely with acquisitions, design, construction and leasing divisions to drive value through development and re-development.
