The Benchmarking and Transparency Ordinance draft is now posted online here. The ordinance is still in draft stages and would like to provide an opportunity for public feedback.  The City of Indianapolis invites you to read through the draft and comment as you see fit. This is will be posted and accepting comments through October 26^th.
