43rd Annual Golf Outing

Registration

  • Fee includes 2 carts, green fees, boxed breakfast, boxed lunch, door prizes, swag bag and awards reception. Please email Christian Condra at Christian@BOMAIndy.org with your foursome names by August 1st.
  • This is for non-golfers and is open to current BOMA members only. Consider sponsoring a hole sign as well!
  • Cocktail and dinner reception includes door prizes, outing winner announcements and lots of networking! You'll be given a space to set up a table or booth indoors, your logo featured on signage throughout event, in program guide and on our website.
  • Portable networking for your company with prominent signage and a logo on our website and in the program booklet.
  • Provide a boxed breakfast for our morning golfers. Logo will be placed on the box, on our website, in the program booklet and on signage. May set up a table near the boxed breakfast and coffee.
  • The boxed lunch will be handed out to players from the morning round coming off the course and players starting the afternoon round as well as all participants. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on our website, at the event and on the lunches. You may set up a tent on the deck.
  • Sponsor all 36 golf carts with your company logo prominently placed on front of cart!
  • Sponsor cigars for players during the outing! We will wrap each cigar with your logo.
  • Support our men and women in the closest to the pin competition! Your company name will be featured on our website, in the program guide, mentioned during the awards reception and on signage at the event.
  • Provide amenities to our golfers! Sponsor will drive cart full of items for golfers such as sunscreen, hair ties, cooling towels, etc.
  • Show off your company logo on a high-quality divot tool.
  • You buy, we fly! Be a prize sponsor and we'll do the shopping for you. We may group several $100 sponsors together for a larger prize. If you want to donate more for exclusivity, just let us know!
  • This is meant for the foursome players who want to receive text notifications the day of the Golf Outing
  • Get your logo on a sleeve of golf balls for all 200 players.
  • 50/50 Split - Half of the pot goes to the winner and the other half goes to St. Mary's Child Center. Drop will occur at approximately 1:00PM on the driving range.
  • Two Chances! 50/50 Split - Half of the pot goes to the winner and the other half goes to St. Mary's Child Center. Drop will occur at approximately 1:00PM on the driving range.

  • Four Chances!! 50/50 Split - Half of the pot goes to the winner and the other half goes to St. Mary's Child Center. Drop will occur at approximately 1:00PM on the driving range.
  • Sponsor the helicopter golf ball drop. Signage prominently placed on course, website and in booklets. Company name will be mentioned during event and featured in social media posts leading up to event.
  • Have your company logo featured on a tee box sign and attend the event for FREE. Please note, this is not a booth.
  • Sponsor the hole-in-one for the annual outing! Company logo will be on signage throughout the event, in the program, on our website and announced during the awards reception.
  • Set-up a tee box for the day! Connect with all 200 golfers in the morning and afternoon flights. Set-up is 6AM - 6PM. You must decorate your booth in theme and provide refreshments/food for players. All booths will set up on tee boxes this year. Two companies max per tee box.
  • Keep our attendees safe while promoting your company! Company announcements throughout the event, coupons with company logo and admission to the awards reception. May have a table at the awards reception.
  • Support our men in the longest putt competition! Your company name will be featured on our website, in the program guide, mentioned during the awards reception and on signage at the event.

  • Exclusive! Your company logo on all 18 flags.

Join BOMA Indiana as we head to Malibu where we'll be returning to the historic Highland Country Club. Throughout the course, there will be hospitality booths offering delicious food and beverages. Players will also be provided with breakfast and lunch boxes, as well as a swag bag. The morning round begins at 7:30 AM with 20 teams, while the afternoon round starts at 1:30 PM with 30 teams  The day will end with an awards ceremony and a chance to win numerous door prizes. If you plan on registering for multiple items, you can save yourself some hassle by making a single payment for all transactions.  Here's how: Click the "Invoice Me" button for each transaction except the final one. For the final transaction, click the "Pay Online" button and all transactions will be combined into a single payment.

In the event of rain, the awards reception will be held on the afternoon of August 10th at Highland Country Club, beginning at approximately 4:00 PM. All prizes will be raffled. No refunds after July 15, 2022.

Make sure you bring $$$ cash $$$ for the helicopter golf ball drop!  We can only accept debit cards, cash, or check.
