43rd Annual Golf Outing

Registration

• AM Foursome – $1,000.00
  Fee includes 2 carts, green fees, boxed breakfast, boxed lunch, door prizes, swag bag and awards reception. Please email Christian Condra at Christian@BOMAIndy.org with your foursome names by August 1st.
• Attendee Only – $75.00
  This is for non-golfers and is open to current BOMA members only. Consider sponsoring a hole sign as well!
• Awards Reception Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Cocktail and dinner reception includes door prizes, outing winner announcements and lots of networking! You'll be given a space to set up a table or booth indoors, your logo featured on signage throughout event, in program guide and on our website.
• Beverage Cart Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Portable networking for your company with prominent signage and a logo on our website and in the program booklet.
• Boxed Breakfast Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Provide a boxed breakfast for our morning golfers. Logo will be placed on the box, on our website, in the program booklet and on signage. May set up a table near the boxed breakfast and coffee.
• Boxed Lunch Sponsor – $2,000.00
  The boxed lunch will be handed out to players from the morning round coming off the course and players starting the afternoon round as well as all participants. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on our website, at the event and on the lunches. You may set up a tent on the deck.
• Cart Sponsorship – $3,600.00
  Sponsor all 36 golf carts with your company logo prominently placed on front of cart!
• Cigar Sponsor – $500.00
  Sponsor cigars for players during the outing! We will wrap each cigar with your logo.
• Closest to the Pin – $350.00
  Support our men and women in the closest to the pin competition! Your company name will be featured on our website, in the program guide, mentioned during the awards reception and on signage at the event.
• Concierge Cart – $1,500.00
  Provide amenities to our golfers! Sponsor will drive cart full of items for golfers such as sunscreen, hair ties, cooling towels, etc.
• Divot Tool Sponsor – $750.00
  Show off your company logo on a high-quality divot tool.
• Door Prize Sponsor – $100.00
  You buy, we fly! Be a prize sponsor and we'll do the shopping for you. We may group several $100 sponsors together for a larger prize. If you want to donate more for exclusivity, just let us know!

  This is meant for the foursome players who want to receive text notifications the day of the Golf Outing
• Golf Ball Sleeve Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Get your logo on a sleeve of golf balls for all 200 players.
• Helicopter Golf Ball Drop Fundraiser – $25.00
  50/50 Split - Half of the pot goes to the winner and the other half goes to St. Mary's Child Center. Drop will occur at approximately 1:00PM on the driving range.
• Helicopter Golf Ball Drop Fundraiser x2 – $50.00
  Two Chances! 50/50 Split - Half of the pot goes to the winner and the other half goes to St. Mary's Child Center. Drop will occur at approximately 1:00PM on the driving range.
• Helicopter Golf Ball Drop Fundraiser x3 – $75.00
  Three Chances! 50/50 Split - Half of the pot goes to the winner and the other half goes to St. Mary's Child Center. Drop will occur at approximately 1:00PM on the driving range.

  Sponsor the helicopter golf ball drop. Signage prominently placed on course, website and in booklets. Company name will be mentioned during event and featured in social media posts leading up to event.
• Hole Sign – $250.00
  Have your company logo featured on a tee box sign and attend the event for FREE. Please note, this is not a booth.
• Hole-in-One Sponsorship – $750.00
  Sponsor the hole-in-one for the annual outing! Company logo will be on signage throughout the event, in the program, on our website and announced during the awards reception.
• Hospitality Booth – $1,000.00
  Set-up a tee box for the day! Connect with all 200 golfers in the morning and afternoon flights. Set-up is 6AM - 6PM. You must decorate your booth in theme and provide refreshments/food for players. All booths will set up on tee boxes this year. Two companies max per tee box.
• Lyft/Uber Ride Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Keep our attendees safe while promoting your company! Company announcements throughout the event, coupons with company logo and admission to the awards reception. May have a table at the awards reception.
• Men's Longest Drive – $350.00
  Support our men in the longest putt competition! Your company name will be featured on our website, in the program guide, mentioned during the awards reception and on signage at the event.

  Sponsor our IMPD Officers to keep all players and guests safe. Logo displayed on website, signage, booklet, and two golf carts.

  Support our women in the longest drive competition! Your company name will be featured on our website, in the program guide, mentioned during the awards reception and on signage at the event.
