Deborah Teng, EIT, LEED, AP 

Deborah is the ESG Program Manager for PGIM Real Estate.  She was formerly a Sustainability Analyst for LaSalle Investment Management and an Energy Engineer with Goby.  Deborah has helped many buildings earn an ENERGY STAR rating and comply with local ordinances.  Deborah graduated from Northwestern University specializing in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Policy and Business.


Morgan Mickelson

Morgan Mickelson is the Director of the Office of Sustainability with the City of Indianapolis. In this role, Morgan and her team are responsible for implementing the City’s first sustainability and resilience action plan, Thrive Indianapolis, which involves driving sustainability within our municipal operations as well as engaging with the community to ensure that Indianapolis is a thriving and equitable city for all residents. Prior to taking on this role, Mickelson worked closely with the Office of Sustainability as the Climate Advisor through the American Cities Climate Challenge to guide the direction of the recently passed benchmarking and transparency ordinance. She holds a Master of Science in Climate Justice from Glasgow Caledonian University and currently serves on the Greater Indiana Clean Cities Board of Directors.


Monika Henn

Monika Henn is a senior manager of the ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance.  She has published numerous articles including The Future of Building Materials: Embodied Carbon and Why It Matters.  Monika will be moderating our panel.
