BremnerDuke Healthcare, a division of Duke Realty Corporation, is one of the leaders in the development, management, and leasing of Healthcare and Medical facilities. We are currently seeking a Property Manager, HealthCare in our Indianapolis, IN office.
The Property Manager will be responsible for a statewide multi-site real estate portfolio in Indiana and will report to the Vice President, Asset Management/Customer Service in Indianapolis. Property Manager will be capable of maintaining a full tenant and property load while managing a portfolio to include: Asset Management, Customer Service/Tenant Relations, Capital Management and coordination.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with 5-plus years of commercial property management experience, preferably Healthcare; possess strong communication and presentation skills; be self directed; and possess a four-year college degree in business, finance, marketing, accounting and/or related field of study--a CPM and/or RPA designation a plus.
